In the instance you are unable to access your Microsoft365 account or company email, please use the Microsoft Self Service Password Reset Tool.

  1. Visit https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
  2. Enter in your company email address and complete the CAPTCHA
  3. Select "I forgot my password"
  4. Confirm your identity and then create a new password
