Adobe - Download/Install Adobe Acrobat Pro

Adobe Acrobat is licensed per user. Once a license has been provided, you will receive an email from Adobe with instructions on how to register for an Adobe ID using your company email address.

How to Request Adobe Acrobat

  1. Submit a "Software Request" at https://theitexperience.com/supportrequest/
  2. Once submitted, a member of our client support team will contact you if there is additional information needed to process your request
  3. Once Your Request Has Been Approved

  4. Once the Adobe registration email is received, follow the instructions to create an Adobe ID (if you do not have one already)
    • Be sure to use your company email address when creating your Adobe ID
    • Once registered, you can download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro from your Adobe online portal
    • If you are having difficulty finding the download option, review this Adobe article and select "Download Acrobat DC"
    • Once the application is downloaded, click on the downloaded file to begin the installation
    • Installation can take upwards of 30 minutes depending on your computer
    4. Once the application is installed, you will be prompted to login with your Adobe ID

  5. Once you have successfully logged in, the application is ready for use
Please check your "Junk" or "SPAM" folder for the Adobe registration email if you do not receive it within 15 minutes of your request being completed.
