Software Installation and Administrative Functions

As a managed client, restrictions may be in place that prohibit the installation of unapproved or non-reviewed applications.

Should you have a need to install a piece of software or perform an administrative function, you can email [email protected] for assistance. We also provide an option for our team to immediately review the change being requested and approve/deny as needed.

How It Works

1. Proceed with the installation or administrative function as normal
2. You will be prompted with a window alerting you to the software you are trying to run
3. If the application displayed is correct, select "Yes"
4. A second window is then displayed with a 90 second countdown
5. Our team will review the administrative function and, if appropriate, approve the change
6. Follow the remaining instructions displayed to complete your administrative function
