If you need immediate assistance, please complete the support request form and a support agent will contact you as soon as possible.
When you submit a request, our support agent collects the following information to help our Support Team identify the issue efficiently:
- Currently logged-in user account
- Computer name and hardware identifiers
- Screenshots of your active screen and a limited history of recent actions, up to about 30 steps
- Network and Wi-Fi details including basic diagnostics
- Hardware status information
- Running processes
- Recent Event Viewer entries
- Recent website history
- Any custom data points your Support Team has configured for troubleshooting
