Submitting a Hardware or Software Request

To better support our clients, we ask that all requests for hardware/accessories or software be submitted through our support request system.

How to Submit a Hardware or Software Request

  1. Visit https://theitexperience.com/supportrequest
  2. Under "Request Type" select either Hardware Request or Software Request
  3. Provide a business justification
  4. If submitting a hardware request, you must select to have the equipment shipped to your location or installed by a technician (additional fees may apply depending on your support agreement)
  5. Once submitted, your request will follow any business approval procedures defined within your managed services agreement. Once fully approved, your request will be processed.
Hardware Requests: Equipment and accessories will be shipped within 2 business days depending on product availability.
Software Requests: Requested software will be purchased and installed remotely within 2 business days dependent on licensing approval/procurement.
