Submitting an Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Request

To provide a streamlined on-boarding/off-boarding experience, it is requested that a support request be submitted for all newly hired or terminated employees that have had or will have access to network resources or computers.

New Employees

If a new employee is joining your organization and will need access to a computer, email, or network resources:

  1. Visit https://theitexperience.com/supportrequest
  2. Select Employee Onboarding as the request type
  3. Provide the new employee's full name, start date, position/department, and what access or equipment they will need
  4. Our team will provision all necessary accounts, equipment, and access prior to the employee's start date
  5. Terminated Employees

    If an employee is leaving your organization:

  6. Visit https://theitexperience.com/supportrequest
  7. Select Employee Offboarding as the request type
  8. Provide the employee's full name, last day, and any specific instructions regarding their accounts or equipment
  9. Our team will disable all access and secure any company data as per your organization's policies
For security purposes, please submit offboarding requests as soon as possible — ideally before or on the employee's last day.
