As a subscriber to our managed services, you are eligible to receive automatic notifications of system issues/outages and planned maintenance. Along with these notifications, we also provide you the ability to monitor your network performance/uptime for all of your registered locations.

1. The network monitoring website link is provided to you by your assigned technician. Please email [email protected] for your personalized company link.
2. Once connected to your dedicated site, enter in the portal password (if applicable). This password is provided to you by your assigned technician.

What you'll see when everything is healthy

When you open your dedicated monitoring page and everything is healthy, you may be redirected to a simple "All Clear" page confirming that no incidents or issues have been detected. Seeing that page is good news: your services are up and operating normally.
