How to Return Company Equipment

All company equipment assigned to you is expected to be returned to IT upon request or at the end of your employment with your organization. How to Return Your Equipment

In Person

Leave your equipment with your direct supervisor (leader) or with Human Resources.

Remote Employees (US Only)

If you work remotely within the United States, you can request a UPS return shipping label. Please note that if you elect to request a return label, the cost of the label will be billed back to your employer.

  1. Open the Return Shipping Label request form.
  2. Enter your return shipping address. This can be your home or business address.
  3. Pack your equipment securely to avoid damage in transit, then enter the box's weight (in pounds) and dimensions (length x width x height, in inches).
  4. Enter your RMA number. If you do not have an RMA number, please contact your supervisor or IT for assistance.
  5. Read the label terms, check I accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Continue.
  6. Enter your contact information and click Submit Request.

Once your request is confirmed, a UPS Ground return label is emailed to the address you entered. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS drop-off location.

Outside the United States? Return shipping labels are available for US addresses only. Please contact your supervisor or IT to arrange the return of your equipment.
